Small-scale enterprises are those in which it is engaged 0-19 persons employed. Number of persons employed corresponds to the total number of persons who work in business entity, including owners, partners and unpaid family workers, voluntary workers, as well as persons who work outside the business entity, but are on its payroll (sales representatives, maintenance teams, delivery personnel, etc.).
Unincorporated enterprises who provide annual financial report are also included. | |
Methodological explanations | |
Value added is the gross income from operating activities after adjustment with subsidies and indirect taxes. The calculation of value added includes the value of output and subsidies minus taxes on production, taxes on products and the value of intermediate consumption which includes cost of materials, cost of industrial services, cost of non-industrial services and part of other personnel costs. | |
